CHEST/BUST: Measure the fullest part of your chest/bust, keeping the tape at your armpits

WAIST: Measure your natural waist, where your torso is the smallest

HIP: Stand with feet together and measure the fullest part of your hips

SLEEVE: Bend elbow slightly and measure from the center back to your elbow and down to your wrist

INSEAM: From a standing position measure from your crotch to your ankle

What is the warmth level of the Quantas compared to perhaps The Pamir Windstopper & to the Apex Bionic or the Lower East Full Zip Hoodie?

I'm trying to find a jacket that one could wear in 30 degree temps but also if it drops some below that into high 20's but with wind. We're in AR and it would mainly be 30-40, wind, occasional high 20's. Please advise.

Hello,

the Pamir Windstopper and Apex Bionic Jackets have a CFM of 0 which means they are 100% windproof but the Quantas has a CFM of 10 which will be windresistant but not windproof. I think either of the windproof jackets would work well or take a look at The North Face Sentinel Windstopper Jacket which is a little bit lighter weight if you wanted to add layers underneather but will completely block the wind.
