Teva does it again, great sandal!
I have worn no other sandal than Teva since moving to the Florida Keys 12 years ago. Oh, I've sampled others but none come close to the comfort and wear of the Teva. The Obern is just another fine example. I wear them daily on and off the water. I just wish I could wear them while at work at the medical clinic.

Getting Ready To Buy More Teva's
I wear these sandals almost all of the time. They are great when I am Fishing along the beaches on Sanibel Island. The only problem I see is the material on the footbed does get sticky and clamy when it gets wet. This is not something that will keep me from buying more Teva's.

Comfortable high traction footwear
Work in a dolphin pool that is salt water with plenty of slippery algae covered rocks!Comfortable but would like less arch support for my flat feet!

Some materials I don't like
I really don't like the top surface of the sandal. It's like walking on vinyl. It gets sticky and feels clammy. my other sandals from Teva had a leather surface - I think - and were much more comfortable.

These sandles are like rugged shoes with cut outs in all the right places, turning them into the best sandles.

teva is always a safe bet
first pair of obern, but my 5th pair of tevas in 20 years. totally loyal. i always love and trust my tevas to be sturdy, comfortable, and long lasting.
