Shipping & Returns

We use the United Parcel Service (UPS) as the carrier for all packages within the United States except when the destination is a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address or when an item is heavy or very large. Orders that do not qualify for UPS shipping are sent using the United States Parcel Service (USPS).  

Rates will vary depending on the destination and the total weight of the items in your order. We do not use our shipping costs as a way to make money, in fact we subsidize all shipping costs so that you can receive your order more quickly and at a reduced cost. Our aim is to provide you excellent service and shipping at a fantastic price.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING is available through UPS. The rates will vary depending on the total weight of the items in your purchase. The estimated shipping cost can be viewed in the shopping cart and during the check out process. Signature for delivery will be required for Second and Next Day Air through UPS.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION RULES: Orders that have a total of $50.00 or more after discounts and are shipped within the continental United States qualify for free shipping. Orders shipped for free are sent using the UPS - Ground method. Sorry, but free delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery from the date we ship usually takes 5 - 7 business days but may vary. Orders that contain heavy or large items do not qualify for free shipping, however your shipping costs will be among the lowest you'll see online.

New Items May Be Returned For A Full Refund Items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original packaging and all tags for a full refund. Charges will be reversed when we receive the merchandise. As a reminder, a confirmation email will be sent out when your card is credited. 

• Please include your name and order number with returned merchandise.

• All return freight costs are the purchaser’s responsibility unless we we shipped you a product in error.

Return Exceptions To insure the safety of our customers and the equipment we sell, all climbing equipment, sleeping bag and underwear/swimwear purchases are non-returnable. If you have any questions regarding this policy, feel free to give us a call at 1-800-538-3604.
