Difficult question to answer. By "insole" do you actually mean the removable footbed? If so, the footbed of the 44.5 wide is 95mm. But this may not be at all helpful, since the 44.5 and 45 in medium and wide uses the same footbed. The 43.5 uses the same footbed as the 44, whether it is medium or wide, and is 90mm.
The actual width of the boot may not necessarily be inferred by the footbed, or even the insole (technically the insole is a structural part of the midsole/upper construction). The actual width is different, as the upper will bulge outward from this point.
