Preparing your return:

We understand that sometimes things don't fit. We strive to make the returns process as fast and simple as possible. Simply mail your item back and we'll refund your credit card. Follow these easy steps to ensure we have everything we need to process your refund!

Please make sure your item isn't on the exceptions list

  • For safety, we are unable to accept returns on load-bearing climbing equipment, clothing worn next to skin and outlet items.

Step 1: Fill out the "Return Form"

  • No Return Authorization is needed; simply write the reason for your return on the Invoice or Packing Slip which you received with your order.
  • If you've misplaced those documents you may reprint your invoice confirmation letter from your OMCgear account page

Step 2: Package your return

  • Gather all original packaging, including tags and boxes
  • Place the item and Return Form into a shipping box
  • Seal the box with packing tape
  • Feel free to use the box we shipped your order in to return your order, or substitute a smaller generic box if only returning part of your order

Step 3: Clearly label the box

  • Print an address label, don't forget to use your return address in case something happens, and tape it to the outside of the box.

Step 4: Mail it

  • Mail the package your nearest UPS, FedEx, or USPS location. Please note you are responsible for return shipping
  • We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking or delivery confirmation.

  • Please note that all returned items must be in new condition.
  • We inspect all returned merchandise.
  • When shipping items that include a box (ie. Shoes) please use an external box when returning these items, so the next customer can enjoy a nice box!
