HOW TO MEASURE

TORSO LENGTH: Measure from the C7 vertebra, the knob at the base of your neck, along the spine to the top of the iliac crest, parallel to the hipbones. If between sizes, choose the larger size.

HIP BELT: Measure around the top of the iliac crests.
