TORSO LENGTH: Measure from the C7 vertebra, the knob at the base of your neck, along the spine to the top of the iliac crest, parallel to the hipbones. If between sizes, choose the larger size.

HIP BELT: Measure around the top of the iliac crests.

Hello! According to Osprey's specs, you would need a small pack in the Ariel 55 and a women's large hipbelt. We do have a belt that we can swap out for you - just be sure to leave a note in the comments field so we know to make the switch. Hope this works for you, thanks!!
