NECK: Measure around the base of your neck

CHEST/BUST: Measure the fullest part of your chest/bust, keeping the tape at your armpits

WAIST: Measure your natural waist, where your torso is the smallest

HIP: Stand with feet together and measure the fullest part of your hips

SLEEVE: Bend elbow slightly and measure from the center back to your elbow and down to your wrist

INSEAM: From a standing position measure from your crotch to your ankle

What is the down to feather ratio? Is the neck as well as the chin fleece lined?

Hello,

the down feather ratio is 90/10, so 90% is down feather and the other 10% are down parts, quill, etc. Also the chin lining does wrap all the way around the neck. Hope that helps!
