SLEEVE: Bend elbow slightly and measure from the center back to your elbow and down to your wrist

Size and Hood

I'm 5'6 and 140 lbs. Please advise what size should I purchase, S or M?

Besides, I tried The Nxxxx Fxxx Himalayan Parka (which is a great parka) and found that its hood couldn't fully cover lower part of my face due to its big build-in collar behind the hood. Is the hood of Absolute Zero Parka big enough to form a real tunnel to block wind from both side?

Hello,

This jacket does run large so a size Small should work well. When the hood is fully Velcroed and secure it should protect the lower part of your face but I would suggest a neck gaiter or balaclava if you are looking for further protection. Hope that helps!
