What's the deal with the Marmot eos 1p tent?

Hi I am looking in to puchasing a marmot eos 1p tent. Your website has by far the best price but I have some concerns. The specs on your website are differenr from all the others I have seen on the same tent. Weight, floor dimensions are all different. Also it's listed at $160 down from $225. I haven't seen this listed on any other website for less than $250. This just doesn't seem right.
