From the ashes of the late, great Karhu ski company, parent company K2 saved all the molds and shipped them to sister company Madshus. This means that one of the most loved backcountry up, down, bash through the steeps, twist through the trees, floaty, turny, no-skins-necessary skis ever made, is still available. Except that Madshus will have a higher quality base finish.
