- "Overall I like these pants"
I got these pants for mountaineering but they don’t have any scuff guards, which crampons can tare through it easily. I then started using them for rock climbing, which works great, they have a nice stretch so it doesn’t hold me back from the next hold or step. Also they’re water resistant, which is always a bonus.
I’m 5’10” at 160lbs and on my waist it fits fine and it is a little adjustable. One issue with the fit I have is that it’s a little too long, which I have to fold it up about 1” – 1.5”, so I should of ordered a short if I knew the actual sizing (I did follow the sizing guide from Arcteryx).
The color “Janus” is actually a lighter grey than in the picture. Overall I like these pants, they’re water resistant, stretchy, and looks great (my wife likes them).
Yes, I would recommend this product.
