Answer:

The ESK does fit very close to recommended comparison chart scale, so for most people a size 11 would translate to a Euro size 45 in length. However, the ESK does fit narrow to medium feet particularly well, and should order as noted. But medium wide/wide feet need to go up 1/2 size.
